He couldn’t linger in one place for too long; other matters required his attention.
Iris pondered for a moment, trying to recall any unanswered questions she had.
However, she realized that Gavriel had already explained everything thoroughly. Yet, one pressing concern weighed heavily on her mind—the memories of this young Iris.
"Can I obtain the memories of this girl? I need her memories to live a normal life in this town."
Earlier, Gavriel had warned her she couldn’t reveal her true identity as a reincarnated individual and a member of God’s Helpers. She feared that any sudden changes in her behavior might arouse suspicion. So, she needed this girl’s memory.

"Indeed, you can obtain those memories. However," Gavriel’s voice trailed off, his gaze returning to Iris, "—there will be a price to pay."
"I have to pay for it?" Iris’s voice rose in suprised. She couldn’t believe that restoring the memories belonging to the body she lived in would come at a cost.
