Chapter 339: Archy Hester
As he walks towards the elevator, Oliver rebukes Sam for being insensitive to Willard Harper’s attitude towards Rose. How could this stupid Sam not have realized that Willard Harper was about to steal his lady boss from Evan?
If he told Evan what was happening right now, he was sure Sam would be severely punished by his big boss.
Sam is very useless when he meets his idol. His ability to protect Rose suddenly disappeared. Oliver was worried something might have happened to Rose. And now, he was hesitating whether to report this to Evan or not.
"Tsk... tsk... Mr. CEO, Oliver Hester, you think too much. How could Willard Harper, like a married woman?" Sam whispered to Oliver, but Rose could clearly hear what he was saying. Somehow, hearing Sam’s words hurt her heart, she wanted to scold him, but she held it back.
Oliver could only shake his head slowly. There was no point in arguing with Sam. His idol blinded his eyes.
Soon the elevator opened.
How surprised Oliver was when he saw a fat man with glasses in the elevator. Instantly his legs felt heavy to move.
"What the hell!! Archy Hester!? Why is he here?" Oliver cursed the man in his heart as a fiery gaze escaped his eyes.
"Oliver, what are you waiting for? Hurry up, we’re late now..." Rose was confused to see Oliver didn’t budge. He looked like he was cursed by someone and turned into a wooden statue. Strange!
