Chapter 6: It Wasn’t An Accident
It took Lin Yan the whole night to realize her new life, she decided to just go with the flow. After getting discharged from the hospital the next day, she thought no one would pick her up and she would have to go home alone but she was surprised when she saw Li Lingyun personal assistant standing in front of her as he said "Young Master Li has asked me to escort you home.".
Lin Yan sighed, now she would have to live in Sun Villa with that terrifying man. When Gu Wei arrived at the Villa, she was somehow shocked to see how homely it looked. Lin Yan and even the rest of the Li family apart from the Old master has never been to Sun Villa and to be honest, she expected it to be huge like all the other Li’s mansion.
Lin Yan looked at Gu Wei and asked "Why didn’t he buy a large house?"
At first Gu Wei was surprised by her question, normally Shen Yi would never speak to him, because she regarded him as a servant and why does she suddenly care if master live in a small or big house? Nevertheless, he still answered her question because he felt it was a part of his duty "Little Miss like playing a lot and the thought of her hding in a place he couldn’t find her made him to decide this. Of course you would know this if you paid attention to your daughter."
Lin Yan could feel the hostility coming from him and she was not surprised, it was no secret that Shen Yi despised her child. But wait! Now that she is in Shen Yi body does that mean Li Xiao is going to be her daughter. She has always wanted a child on her own so when she was pregnant she was very happy but now she lost her child and has been given Li Xiao.
Gu Wei left after dropping Lin Yan off. Entering the Sun Villa, she could feel the hostility in the eyes of the maids even as they greeted her.
The Villa was very pretty, The living room was spacious but Lin Yan was confused about one thing she did not know where her room was. She looked at one of the maids who were cleaning the living room and asked "Can you walk me up to my room.?"
The maid nodded and left after showing Lin Yan her room. Lin Yan looked at the room and sighed. The room was very big and beautiful. There was a dressing table but when she looked at the big bed, she remembered Li Jun.
Before they got married, anytime she visited Li Jun house, he would say the bed was so big and that he couldn’t sleep alone. Even though she knew it was a lie, she still played along and the both of them will sleep on the same day and cuddled. That memory bought a sad smile to her face, the truth was that she wanted revenge but she also just wanted to live a peaceful life but she knew how impossible it is because now she Li Lingyun’s wife.
