Chapter 9: Warning
Zachary Leinster looked at Yvonne Taylor in surprise and asked, "How did you know it?"
"There is only one person in the whole Hiltonan who wants me to do something with Jordan and disappoint you. It is Zoila Mooney!" Yvonne said with disdain and sarcasm.
"She failed to complain to my dad, so she wants to destroy me in this way. She is the only one who is so vicious."
Yvonne’s eyes were filled with hatred as she spoke.
Zachary didn’t know where her bone-deep hatred came from. This kind of emotion didn’t seem to match her age.
Yvonne was so smart that she didn’t look like the carefree and domineering girl he had seen since she was a child.
But this did not affect his feelings for her. And he even felt sorrow for her. What exactly had happened to make her change all of a sudden? "No matter what, you belong to me now, and I’ll back you up."
Zachary’s words were like thunder and could not be refused. In Hiltonan, whoever made a feud with him would end up in a tragedy.
Yvonne did not know what Zachary had done to her last night. But from the traces she had seen just now, she was sure that they were lovers now and firmly believed in it.
She looked at the man’s solemn expression and remembered that he had died for her in her past life... Suddenly, her heart softened and she leaned into his embrace.
"From today onwards, Mr. Leinster will be mine as well."
