Chapter 7: Countercharge
Yvonne was absent-minded.
She did not even notice when there was a drizzle in the sky.
At the crossing where people came and went, she was so distracted and bumped into an office worker who came in a hurry. All the mathematics books in her hands fell to the ground.
"What’s wrong with you? Are you blind?" The person cursed and left without looking back.
Yvonne was so angry and she squatted down. The mathematics book had been stained with raindrops and stains in the mud.
As the cold rain fell on her body, Zoila’s vicious sarcasm still lingered in her mind.
Just as the young girl fell into a daze little by little, a black umbrella was silently placed in the air above her.
"Get up."
"Mr. Leinster?"
Yvonne was stunned.
Zachary got out of the black luxury car in person.
