Chapter 18: Jealous?
Even though Victoria had started to like him, Matthias didn’t want to be selfish either. Because his selfishness would ruin their relationship again. He didn’t want to kiss for too long. Besides, seeing his wife’s condition who was still drunk and had a headache, Matthias wanted to let his wife rest in the guest room. Even though his wife was being gentle with him now, he was sure that tomorrow morning his wife would be fierce again.
Of course Matthias was also very sensitive when checking his wife’s body condition, he realized there was a scratch on her right heel. After his wife took a shower, he immediately led her to sit on the edge of the bed, while he knelt down while opening the medicine box.
Victoria’s reaction smiled shyly at her husband’s actions too sweetly, making it a little difficult for her to hate him. She admitted that only Matthias was the most sensitive in small things like this. While Ansel, whose attitude was too innocent, was always insensitive.

"No. But you are very special to me."
Just hearing that simple sentence made her heart start to bloom. Even though she decided not to give in too quickly because she still hated the marriage she was currently in. However, seeing Matthias’s very sweet attitude towards her, was it true that Matthias could make her life happy?
His head lowered for a moment. "But, I still don’t think you’re special. Why don’t you ever get angry?"
"Because I’m sure your heart is actually at odds with what you just said."
