"Do you want to help?" Nicklaus asked looking into her eyes while he tenderly caressed her cheek.
Arissa felt like she was with an imposter with the amount of gentleness and attention he was showering her with.
’How did we get to this?’ she questioned herself looking into his eyes and searching for answers.
Seeing her hesitation to make a decision, Nicklaus rested his forehead on hers with their nose meeting each other.
Staying in this position, everything became invisible as they only saw each other. They held their gaze with softness as wired feelings erupted in them.
