Each of them spread their spells around and monitored the karma of those who were too weak to even be their enemies and sent the right people out of the cities.

The voice travelled through the sky and earth and echoed across the land.
At Talon’s words, tens of thousands of people suddenly poured out into the streets.
The karma of each person became visible to the naked eye.
"From this day forward, you are no longer citizens of this kingdom. Those who have positive karma, those who want to learn how to become stronger, you will grow and develop with the opportunities we Sages will give you. From this day on, you will be citizens of the Epsilon Empire. These are the orders of Cordelia, the head of the Sage Council and the most powerful person who has ever lived!"
As soon as Juliet finished saying these orders to give determination, the sky darkened. In just a few seconds, as many people with positive karma had disappeared from the small city. The places they went were the places the Sages used as their territory. Even Cassandra’s territory was travelling by the thousands.
