Chapter 465: She is Expecting!
Talia woke up pretty late that morning and Arthur was already out for his morning jog. She’s been begging him to let her off from her morning exercises these past few days. He insisted not to let her off, but she used all the tricks in her book to convince him.
Since he is not back yet, Talia decided to check for pregnancy. She didn’t have any symptoms, but she had a feeling she was pregnant. Her lower abdomen was feeling weird and ... she just had a feeling and wanted to confirm her pregnancy.
She had already decided to embroider ’Dad to be’ in one of his kerchiefs to announce her pregnancy in a cute way to him.
Since she wanted to surprise Arthur with the result, she decided to use another bathroom to keep the pregnancy strip hidden. So out of all the bathrooms in Oakley Castle, she chose a random bathroom.
She didn’t talk about her ’instinct’ to anyone else, especially the elders since she didn’t want to give them false hope. Only Sir Robert knew of her intuition. She wanted to tell them the good news after confirming it.
After following the steps, she placed the strip on the countertop. She had to wait for five minutes to know the results. And those five minutes seemed like an eternity for her and she paced to and fro inside the bathroom. Maybe because of the stress, she felt her tummy rumbling and she was about to sit on the toilet when she heard someone trying to open the door.
In this whole world, there would be one person brave and brazen enough to do that.

"Fred! I am using the bathroom. Leave!" she shouted gritting her teeth.
"Let me in!" he banged the door and she rolled her eyes. Does he think I am vacationing in here?
"Iris!! Are you po*ping?"
