Chapter 1366: Young Madam, Are You All Right?
Someone said that this time it looks quite serious; they’re not living together anymore, and perhaps they’ll divorce in a few days.
Olly snorted at this.
There have been plenty of disagreements between the Young Master and Young Madam, each seeming quite serious, but have they divorced?
They usually just have a few days of silent treatment, then reconcile as if nothing happened.
Olly feels this time is no different from those previous ones; she’s certain that after three or five days, they’ll be inseparable for twenty-four hours.
See, the Young Master still cares about the Young Madam, worried she might catch cold or get wet, he even told Olly to quickly go down and bring an umbrella and clothes for the Young Madam.
Once Olly stepped outside, she shivered with cold.
It’s really cold outside; the cold wind on her face felt like it was scraping her skin, being at the door where the wind was the strongest, she couldn’t stand still for even a minute, feeling cold to death.
Really wonder how the Young Madam can withstand such cold, if her intention is to gain the Young Master’s sympathy, then she has already succeeded.
Olly walked with the umbrella to Scarlett Yates’ back.
She rubbed her fingers which were red from the cold, her voice trembling: "Young Madam... what are you doing? It’s so cold outside, you’d better go back quickly, don’t let your body catch cold."
"This tree, ever since you left, people have been coming daily to look after it, rest assured, it’s grown quite well."
No wonder the Young Master said to bring some clothes for the Young Madam, she’s dressed so thinly, just looking at her makes one shiver.
Olly held the umbrella over Scarlett Yates’ head.
The umbrella was big enough to cover two people.
She noticed Scarlett’s clothes were soaked with snow water, both shoulders were wet.
In such conditions, cold air easily penetrates the body, the snow water soaked the clothes, and if she tries to warm it with her body, it’s no wonder she’d fall sick.
"It’s okay, I’m not cold." Scarlett’s voice sounded light and breezy, as if she really didn’t feel the cold at all, laughing, "It’ll be done soon, you don’t have to worry about me, hurry back inside."
"No way, if the Young Madam doesn’t go back, I won’t go back either, I’ll just wait here with the Young Madam." The Young Master specially instructed this, how could she dare go back alone?
Olly isn’t resistant to cold.
You could tell from her trembling voice when speaking.
Scarlett paused her action, turned her head to look at Olly and saw her shivering not only in voice, but her lips were trembling too.
She herself could stand some cold, but if someone had to suffer alongside her, it wouldn’t be good.
Thinking for a moment, Scarlett sighed lightly, brushed off the dirt from her hands, and put things back piece by piece into the basket: "Let’s go back then."
She then patted off the snow from her clothes, grabbed the basket, and slowly stood up.
Having squatted for so long, and being cold for so long, the circulation in her legs was poor, once she stood up, both her legs felt numb, barely able to stand.
Her footing slipped, she nearly fell to the ground.
Olly quickly rushed to support her: "Young Madam, are you okay?"
Scarlett shook her head, leaned on Olly to stand for a while, only then did she feel the blood flow slowly return to her frozen legs.
Her face had turned blue from the cold, yet she seemed as if she felt nothing, lifting her head and smiling at Olly: "Squatted too long, legs are a bit numb, nothing serious."
