Almighty Father System

Markus had broken both hands of Anton Greeves and left him writhing on the floor in pain. Everyone watched what happened on the side, and they didn’t even make a sound. Leo watched it all with a rather indifferent gaze. He waited for Markus to stop before he asked, "Kyle, pick up this thing and we are leaving. Give him some morphine so that he doesn’t die from the pain."

Kyle did what Leo told him to, and Makrus was looking at Leo with a questioning look, and the young man said, "You will have your revenge, but I will have mine first. I need him alive for this."

Markus nodded, and after a minute, they all left the compound. The men pillaged the gold and they could find from this place and set detonation charges in the armory and the other main spots of the city. Under the dark of the moonless night, they raced through the desert braving the cold winds, they reached where they had parked their vehicles, and then they drove back again.

Markus looked at Anton, who was passed out and laying in the back of the car, beside him as he asked, "Sir, what do you want to do with him?"

Leo replied, "Anton Greeves, that’s his bogus identity. His real name is Kyfer Jurel. His father is the media mogul in Apex Nation, his mother was killed in a car crash by the hands of his father, Martin Jurel. Kyfer spent his life going through the system of foster housing. That is why he suffered a lot.

However, not all his experiences were bad, in his seventeenth year, he met a woman, Hailey Prestige. She became his solace, and he became her home. Despite her being thirty five, she took a liking to Kyfer, and they fell in a spiral of twisted love. After turning eighteen, Kyfer moved out because they didn’t want the world to say that they were having a taboo relationship. Hailye was that cautious.

Then Kyfer travelled around, and eventually his high level street smart got him to be a drug peddler. He used the money to open a shop for renting DVDs, and Tapes. The shop also smuggled small amounts of cocaine to the people, and then he opened another store and then another, till one day, where Kyfer Jurel died in a car crash, and seventy three stores that were now dealing with DVD renting, and electronics sales, were given to.."

Markus replied in a daze, "Hailey Prestige."

Leo nodded and said, "Yes, Hailey Prestige. Once she took the business over, and walked on the gilded paths, her moral compass stopped working. Kyfer changed his face, and identity with the money he had and Hailey created a company which is worth several billion dollars now. Guess, which company?"

Markus thought for a bit, but he could not come up with a name so Leo smiled and replied, "Horizon Tele Networks, the woman behind the channel that was interviewing my daughter a few days ago. These people lately have started marking people, and threatening them to launder their black money earned from drug trade."

Markus was shocked and asked, "You mean to say that they targeted you to get their money laundered?"

Leo nodded in reply, and he turned to look on the horizon as the sun had started to peek through. They reached the territory of the person whom they had negotiated a safe passage with, and Saunder, paid half the gold they had looted from Anton’s place as a gift and managed to get through.
