Erwin is avoiding me.
I can feel that he is trying his best to avoid me like he is scared of something. It’s been like this since last week when Jessie threw a vase at him. He is not coming to pick me up from my company anymore. He is trying to avoid getting close to me and all the shit that I don’t even understand why he is doing.
"Ugh!" I groan in frustration, rubbing my temple where there seems to be a headache blooming.
I have been busy too lately since we are launching the new project at the market today. I have been working my butt off for that. Liu Feng hasn’t been making too many visits lately either. That’s a good sign though. He is like a thorn stuck in my throat. I can neither spit him out nor swallow him down.
My phone buzzes inside my pocket and I curse underneath my breath. I pull out my phone and bite out. "Ruth."
"You don’t love me anymore~ Leo~" Ruth says dramatically.
"Could please shut the fuck up?" I snap as I straighten up in my chair, "I already have a good amount of problems on my plate. I will survive without you."
"Awe~ you wound me." He sings again and I am five seconds away from slamming my phone on the floor and stomping on it.
"For God’s fuck sake will you get to the point, Ruth?" I groan exasperatedly, "And if you don’t have any point at all then we can just end this conversation here."
"Wait, wait, wait." Ruth says urgently, "I was just kidding earlier. I do have a point."
