Chapter 306: Lower your gun, June
Tsar looked at his phone and wondered why Lucius had not called him yet. He pressed the fingers on the temple of his forehead, waiting patiently for the call.
"Boss, there is a problem. We are unable to access our men’s devices," the assistant informed Tsar.
"What?" The Tsar frowned and quickly stood up from his seat. The first thought in his mind was if Lucius had done something, so he promptly called his father. To his shock, the Tsar was unable to connect the call with Vladimir.
"Is the helicopter ready?" Tsar asked, looking at his assistant.
"Yes, Boss."
"Let’s leave for Russia right away. Something is wrong," Tsar said when his phone rang. He checked the number and couldn’t recognize it. He answered it, knowing it must be Lucius from the other side.
"Lucius, what the fuck are you doing? Come here or I am going to kill your beloved wife right in front of your eyes!" Tsar yelled while threatening.
"It is me, Layla De Salvo."
Tsar glanced at his phone and frowned, wondering how she got his number.
