Chapter 64: I Want To Tame Him
It did not take long for Kaiju to learn Blink. It replaced the Swift Dash skill and altered the Common grade to Rare. Kaiju got addicted to utilizing blink for an hour.
{Blink (Rare Grade)
A movement skill that utilizes mana, allowing you to arrive in the desired location without physically travelling in the space between. If you blink in the area covered with obstacles, you would blink near the free space.
Mana Cost: 5 mana points for each meter.}
The longer the distance to blink, the higher the mana cost. Furthermore, even if Kaiju wanted to travel in the location inside of the physical object, he would directly be teleported in the free space area outside of the physical object. Although utilizing Blink was costly, Kaiju felt like using it from time to time was a must, especially since he was an assassin.
Little Gorilla and Snow joined him. An hour later, they were now sitting in a round position and were discussing through telepathy. This way, it would prevent any spy from obtaining information about their conversation.
"Are you sure, Master? He might get angry," said Snow in a worried tone.
"I do not think so." Kaiju shook his head. "I have been wondering about our conversation before. He told me to search for his main body in the Tower and interact with him. That means, he is just nothing but a clone created by the Tower for this Hellish Trial alone. If this Trial is completed, that means he will perish."
He paused for a while and continued, "I don’t know his motives but the chances of him not doing anything the whole ordeal is higher. Why not involve him in this trial, then?"
