Chapter 42: Snow’s Status
Kaiju fought for food as Little Gorilla and even Snow often stole his. He didn’t know whether to laugh and cry. Of course, he did not want to be outdone. The way they eat was messy, even gaining the glare of Faith and Griffin. However, Qwanisha soon followed them and even Max, while Lucy just stayed still and ate her portion that was quickly disappearing for unknown reasons.
"How unsightly." Griffin snorted but he was ignored. Suddenly, as he was about to eat the meat portion from his fork, it suddenly disappeared and his eyes widened. "Y-You!" He soon followed them, fighting for their food and others.
Lucy was satisfied with a bit of food she ate, letting others invade her territory and sought her resources. Faith, who had been quiet, snorted, "Greediness is a sin... Oi!" She was hungry and there was no way she wanted others to steal her food.
Just like that, the messy dinner took place.
Moments later, everyone satisfyingly burped, even showing their bulging stomach as though there was a contest. Max won... his stomach was bulging already to begin with. Kaiju glanced at Little Gorilla and Snow, discerning their eyelids trying to be closed. He smiled. Since they ate a lot, their energy would focus on digesting, causing them to feel sleepy.
Kaiju was staring at Snow and finally realized he did not check her current status yet, so he hastily ordered the Gacha System to show it.
