Absolute Resonance

The Spiritual Resonance Cave. This familiar name flashed through Li Luo's mind, causing him to feel a sense of surprise before he fell into a daze. He had never thought that the location where he had trained years ago would unexpectedly become relevant again. He had obtained countless opportunities there, and he had even managed to enter the medicine hut, where he had obtained precious medicines from the White Ape.

That was also the place where he had encountered Wang Taixi's remnant ghost. At that point in time, however, Li Luo had no idea how terrifying the Void Resonance's Six Sons were. He saw Kings as unassailable and unattainable beings at the time, much less a Divine Fruit Heavenly Emperor. He hadn't even heard that the Heavenly Emperor Stage had another substage!

Li Luo snapped back to attention and asked in disbelief, "How could the withering glory resonance have been hidden in the Spiritual Resonance Cave all this time? That place has been searched thoroughly by countless experts from the numerous powers on the Heavenly Origin Divine Continent, and many individuals have spent time training inside it."

He himself had trained there, and the Absolute Resonance Halo hadn't reacted to anything at all back then.

"The part of the Spiritual Resonance Cave that you visited is nothing more than the outer region of that secret realm. The true Spiritual Resonance Cave is covered by a mighty formation, and not even Heavenly Emperors can peer into it. If not for the tremors that have shaken the world, its true location would not have been revealed," explained Qi Huang.

"Not even Heavenly Emperors can investigate what's within..." Li Luo repeated.

If that were an ordinary ruin, Li Luo would have thought that the information he was receiving was incorrect. However, if the Spiritual Resonance Cave truly contained the withering glory resonance, then it all made sense. After all, the Legendary Sect Master herself had put together its defenses. That individual was capable of obscuring time itself, preventing even future Heavenly Emperors and Divine Fruit Heavenly Emperors from learning what had happened. Shielding a particular ruin from being discovered seemed much simpler in comparison.

Qi Huang sighed at this point. "The worldly natural energy is extremely turbulent today, and the formation has not fully revealed itself yet. That said, the energy torrent it has already released due has completely flooded the original Spiritual Resonance Cave, causing spatial rifts to open up. Only when the formation has fully surfaced will things stabilize. I'm afraid that will also be the point where the withering glory resonance will reveal its presence to the world. Thus, the Divine Continent Federation, the Origin Reversion Institute, and the Shadow World are all preparing that moment. That will most likely be the most terrifying battle that the divine continents have witnessed in a thousand years."

Li Luo's expression turned grim. In the past, the Shadow World found it incredibly difficult to interfere in the struggle over the Divine Fruit resonances. However, now that the Others could descend into the divine continents with ease, they would definitely target the withering glory resonance. On top of that, the Origin Reversion Institute was also involved. This would likely push the Origin Reversion War to a climax. It was clear that even Qi Huang was feeling the pressure of this impending and unavoidable battle.

The Ten Devil Kings of Sin were clearly not just ordinary peak Triple Crowned Devil Kings—they were on the same level as Qi Huang and the Torch Dragon Underworld King. This wasn't too unexpected, however. Since the human race could produce experts who had reached the Eighth Transcendent Duke Stage who turned into Triple Crowned Kings, then why couldn't the Others do so as well? Did this mean that the Ten Devil Kings of Sin were effectively ten Radiant Kings? Perhaps not all of them were as fearsome, but they wouldn't be too far off the mark either.

The foundations of the Shadow World were nothing to scoff at. It was no surprise Qi Huang sounded a little concerned when talking about the future battles against them.

"How long will it be before the withering glory resonance appears," asked Li Luo.

"Based on our investigations, our best guess is around a year from now. The Spiritual Resonance Cave's chaotic space will calm down, and that will be the time," answered Qi Huang.
