The Torch Dragon Underworld King having escaped our supervision to run to the East Divine Continent has brought you trouble and was our mistake," Qi Huang responded. "When Federation Head Tantai left, she also asked us to take good care of the two of you."

The Divine Continent Federation was a collective of the Heavenly Emperor powers within the divine continents. Although its main function was to coordinate between the numerous parties and had a relatively loose system, it played an important role when it came to critical battles against the Shadow World and the Origin Reversion Institute.

The position of the Federation Head would rotate between the peak experts who were trusted by all parties. In the past, after Tantai Lan had reached the Ninth Transcendent Duke Stage, she had shaken the world and served as the Federation Head for a while. Now that she had left the divine continents, the role had been passed onto Radiant King Qi Huang.

When Qi Huang spoke of Tantai Lan, his words were filled with admiration. "Federation Head Tantai possesses great potential. She is probably the first individual in the last thousand years to have reached the ninth-grade. This is an achievement that we truly envy and respect."
