In the endless sea of clouds, a thunderous boom echoed out as a gigantic figure pierced through it. The mountain-like dragonboat glided through the nimbus clouds leaving behind a trail of light in its wake. On the highest point of the dragonboat, at the location of the observatory, sat a cross-legged Li Luo. His entire body was flowing with violet gold light, gradually transforming into dragonscales. As the blood in his body circulated, he let out a draconic roar.
The Heavenly Dragon's roar dispersed slowly and only dissipated after a long while, attracting awe inspiring gazes from the soldiers in the training grounds.
