Absolute Resonance

When Heavenly Emperor Jiang finished speaking, everyone's eyes shrunk. Even the other four Heavenly Emperors had solemn expressions. Everyone had nothing but respect for the Sacred Void Resonance Sect's Sect Master, who had slaughtered his way through the Shadow World, killing countless Grand Devil Kings.

During the Shadow World's peak, there were one hundred and eighty-three Greater Dominions. This also meant that there were a hundred and eighty-three Grand Devil Kings! However, there were only seventy-two today. This meant that the Legendary Sect Master had led the divine continent's experts and butchered over a hundred Greater Dominions during that battle and countless Grand Devil Kings had fallen to his hands. This also meant that the Shadow World had not managed to recover to their prime even after so many years. The ten divine continents were extremely ecstatic at the situation at the time. They had thought that if things continued that way, the perilous state of the human side would be completely reversed.

However, no one had ever expected that things would change contrary to their expectations so quickly.

The undisputed leader of the ten divine continents, the Sacred Void Resonance Sect, was suddenly destroyed and many of their Heavenly Emperors had vanished overnight, including the Legendary Sect Master. The headquarters of the sect had also been exiled into the void, making it virtually impossible to find. The sudden downfall of the Sacred Void Resonance Sect was undoubtedly a catastrophic result for the divine continents, and the remaining Heavenly Emperors were completely horrified by what had happened.

Losing the Sacred Void Resonance Sect meant that their losses had exceeded the losses inflicted upon the Shadow World. The only bright side was that the core of the Shadow World had also been harmed significantly, allowing the continents to pull back and hide in the dark whilst licking their wounds. It was the only reason they had managed to survive that chaotic and panic-filled era. Alas, after that pivotal change, they could only hole up on their side of the Realm Wall, no longer daring to set foot into the Shadow World.

Until today, there still remained an immense gap between the two sides' powers. All of their previous results had only been possible due to the existence of the Legendary Sect Master. Thus, when Heavenly Emperor Jiang had raised the prospect of the other resonances remaining intact, everyone was shocked. If this was true, then it would undoubtedly send shockwaves throughout the divine continents.

All of the Heavenly Emperors would be spurred to action.

Radiant King Qi Huang's expression turned heavy. "If I dare ask, Heavenly Emperor Jiang, just how many resonances did the Legendary Sect Master have? And what resonances were they?"
