Chapter 386: Arguing
Chapter Hundred-Eighty-Six – Arguing
For the next ten minutes, Sorren stayed at a place before he rose up. He rubbed his sleepy eyes in an attempt to be fully awake.
"I can’t sleep on anything that isn’t a bed, huh?" he sighed. "Then how did I sleep during the meeting?"
"Because you’re awfully lazy."
The Prince smiled on hearing Zeldris ’s voice. The young man barely knew him yet could figure that out? "Well, you’re not wrong." he shrugged.
There was nothing better to do so he really wanted to slack around. His older brother doesn’t have time for him, as always. "I came to see you though."
Zeldris was carrying Marino, the boy was asleep on his back. "Well, if it’s about the Princess—"
"No, I try not to speak of her with you since you’re bound to be partial to her." Sorren waved his hand dismissively. "I wanted to ask about the guest she had."
Quincy? Zeldris looked away. The Princess had told him not to give out too much information about Quincy and treat him like her guest and relative.
Actually, there was little he knew about Quincy but he obviously had the Princess’s happiness at heart and that was enough for Zeldris to trust him.
"There’s not much I can say about him." Zeldris replied, without making eye contact.
"Him?" Sorren raised a brow and cracked his neck to make eye contact. "I heard it’s a she."
