Chapter Two Hundred-Five – Teach Me!
Cade understood why he detested this Princess. One was that her father destroyed his home.
Two was that the Alpha left her alive.
Three was that Prince Sorren didn’t hate her or he could easily make the Alpha kill her.
Four was that she was a daring bitch that even dared him back at the prison when she was lesser than dirt.
Five, and the most annoying, was that she knew had to twist words to her benefit. It must be a skill she picked up since she was a weak bitch, but it had taken her so far.
For someone like him who uses his fists to do the talking, he didn’t appreciate her type.
He relaxed and decided to try playing her game on her. "So the Alpha doesn’t want to train your warriors and you’re offended, right?"
Laurel raised a brow. "Shouldn’t I be?"
"Well then," Cade folded his arms. "Isn’t your attitude towards this request the same? You don’t want to help your Alpha either."
Laurel saw where he was going to, but she already had a counter for that. She left her seat. "If I don’t help the Alpha get an alliance, then I’m being disloyal?"
Cade nodded, hoping he was making headway.
