Chapter 108: inferno domain
Lance charged at Robert, going for the kill. He attacked with his blessing infused into his sword. Robert planted his feet into the ground, his sword coated with a pure red flame. He blocked the attack, and the ground underneath him cracked from the force.
Lance stared at him with pure hatred, pushing down with his sword as much as he could.
"Stay away from my brother," Chloe spoke in her whisper-like voice and shot an ice lance. Lance saw it quickly and leaped back, dodging the attack.
He landed a few metters back, huffing and puffing, and stared at Chloe. "How is a monster capable of casting magic? I have to take it down first," he said and charged at her, wanting to take her down first.
"That’s not happening," Noel yelled. He and Mia attacked at the same time, their attacks coming from different angles. Lance looked at both of them and quickly made a decision.
"Die, you filthy monsters!" he roared and stabbed his sword into the ground. Sword lights shot out of the ground like spikes, attacking both of them.
Noel attacked the sword lights with his lightning-covered sword, shattering them quickly. Mia blasted through the sword lights with her sword coated in mana.
Lance was shocked to see that they took care of his attack easily, but he wasn’t stopping. He attacked Noel, wanting to take him down first. His attack was clean and perfect.
It was about to hit Noel, but then Noel vanished. Shocked, Lance turned around only to see the side of Mia’s blade slamming into his head. He shot through the air and slammed into the wall.
