Back at the tavern, Han Yu was mid-drink when the doors suddenly burst open with a dramatic gust of wind.

Xu Qing stormed in, scanning the room like a hawk locking onto its prey.
Han Yu, still clutching his cup, looked up to see a beautiful woman staring at him like he was a golden goose ready to be plucked.
"Uh... do I owe you money?" he asked, genuinely confused.
His two companions also looked on in astonishment, wondering just what in the name of celestial bureaucracy was happening.
Brother Wei arrived a moment later, panting heavily. "Damn it, Junior Sister, at least let me get a sip before you steal my fortune!"
"Oh, shut up, Brother Wei. We both know you'll be eating my dust."
Han Yu blinked, utterly lost. "...What?"
Before he could make sense of what was happening, Xu Qing's bracelet shone brighter, confirming that her target was, in fact, him.
