The Mechanical Amethyst Lion was even stronger than the Mechanical Celestial Dragon. Without the Skye Shield, there was no way Xavier could defeat it.

A series of crisp impacts rang out as the flying swords struck the Amethyst Lion’s mechanical body, but didn’t leave a scratch.
"Xavier, are you kidding me? You think this guy’s attacks can kill me?" The Mechanical Amethyst Lion had been a little worried at first, but seeing Johnnie’s damage, it relaxed completely, flopping down on the ground and saying flatly, "Just a heads up, the overlord already knows what’s happening here.
