You Need Some Milk

Chapter 14: Quickie [18+]

"I'm sorry, young master, I forgot to give you your change," Walter says, handing a silver coin to me.

Seeing the silver coin in Walter's hand, I quickly collect it and dip it in my pocket before I turn around and head back towards my room.

'Dude gave me more than my change. What does that mean? My win either way, fufu.'

In this world where different races exist, the most common tradable currencies are pretty simple and light as they are ingrained with special magic for easy carrying. Additionally, there are space rings and space pouches.

The lowest of the currency is the bronze coin which has a picture of different races carved on it, which symbolizes the unification of all races, and the first inter-racial currency which eventually became the mainstream currency.

One hundred bronze coins are equivalent to one silver coin. One hundred silver coins is equivalent to one gold coin. One hundred gold coins are equivalent to one platinum coin. And one hundred platinum coins are equivalent to one spirit stone.

Spirit stone as the name implies isn't just a form of currency, it's a very rare stone that was rumored it could refine Mana to the cleanest form and make a mage's Mana pool get bigger.

The larger your Mana pool, the higher the spell and magic you can cast.

Due to the spirit Stone's rarity and control policy, it was considered as the highest form of currency.

'Anyways, thanks to Walter for the extra thirty bronze coins.'

I quickly power-walk and enter my room.
