The parking lot is divided into multiple areas, starting with thousands, possibly several thousand two-wheeled vehicles arranged neatly in rows, including motorcycles, electric bikes, and bicycles. From their appearance, most of these vehicles have been here for some years. Xiao Wu said, "Cheap stuff, the fine is enough to buy a new one."

The second area is for cars, ranging from nine-seater vans to two-seater sports cars. Xiao Wu said, "Many are stolen vehicles, temporarily taken for crimes. Some owners, after receiving insurance compensation, don’t want to reclaim their vehicles."

The third area contains small vans and RVs, fewer in number.

The fourth area contains container trucks, some with only a cab, some still loaded with containers.

The fifth area is the messiest, containing all sorts of vehicles, mainly of two types. The first type is called ’zombie cars’, junk vehicles that fetch only a tiny amount of money, leading many to simply abandon them roadside. Some savvy owners remove the license plates or even grind off the engine numbers. Typically, the police won’t go through great lengths to check engine numbers, and if they do, the clever folks can claim their vehicles were stolen.

The second part includes impounded vehicles, frozen assets, or smuggled vehicles, etc.

The sixth area, closest to the main gate, usually contains vehicles related to cases, mostly vehicles waiting for accident appraisal or already appraised and awaiting their owners.

The entire parking lot covers approximately three square kilometers, having one main gate and one back gate. The main gate faces Round City Road, where the main staff’s rest and office areas are located.
