Chapter 512: The royal army
"Sebastian, what are we hearing? Is it true? The western border is under attack?" Stephano called Sebastian, and the man took a deep breath.
"The royal army is already being deployed there. Do you think it’s not true?" Sebastian asked, and Stephano sighed.
"I didn’t know anything about the royal army deployment. I was on the southern border and just heard the news. Since you are the king now, I wanted to confirm it with you. Anyway, now that you have confirmed it, we are moving there," Stephano said_ and Sebastian narrowed his brows.
"When you say ’we’ who are we talking about?" Sebastian asked.
"I meant Santo and Marcus along with our people. They were here with me. We had been dealing with the fencing of the forest beside the seashore. The last incident can’t be repeated. We made a report and left it at your desk last night. Didn’t you see it?" Stephano asked, and Sebastian massaged his brows.
Of course, he saw the file on his desk. But he was so busy trying to find ways and tricks to get close to his wife that he didn’t bother to open it and see the content of it.
"I get it. I have already left for the place. Lucas says we have around 50 casualties so far. If you can, reach there as soon as possible, it would be better. I need someone who would be able to control me too. You know what I mean," Sebastian said, and Stephano hummed.
Sebastian said a few more words before ending the call.
He looked out of the window, noticing how the shops were closing and everyone was rushing to their homes as the red alert was sent in the western part of the city entirely.
"Drive faster, Ambrose. Every minute we are away from the place, people are dying," Sebastian said and Ambrose nodded.
"I am trying to be as fast as I can, sir. However, due to people running to their homes, this is the most I can go on without causing an accident," Ambrose said, and Sebastian hummed.
