"So you didn’t give up on the idea that I can’t be tamed by you and won’t follow your orders like some puppy that you might want me to be," Elliana retorted, and Leila looked at the girl before sighing.

"He has a name and since you know he is a King, why don’t you give him some respect too?" Elliana interrupted, making Leila scowl, but she didn’t comment on that.
Elliana walked ahead and looked straight in the witch’s eyes, her hands clenched by her side.
"And regarding my good or bad, I am sure I don’t have to hear about it from a witch who wanted to kill me. Do you think I don’t know what has been going on in the witch world? I know there is someone who is guiding you to keep me away from King Marino because he is the only one who can keep me protected from the dark witches. Magic doesn’t work on him, and he is in love with me.
