Chapter 168: She just wants attention
Sebastian and Alcinder had walked only a few steps ahead when they heard the rustling of leaves.
Everyone looked towards the forest where the bushes were shaking. What was it? Some wild animal who was seeking shelter because of heavy rain?
They waited to see what it was, ready to attack if it was some kind of wolf boar.
However, what they saw was a silhouette in the dark, walking towards them, more like stumbling and stuttering.
It wasn’t some wild animal, but definitely, a wild human who has made everyone worry for her.
"Elliana?" Alcinder was the first one to whisper, and without waiting for anyone’s reply or actions, he used his vampire speed and held her in his arms.
"Elliana, what the hell? What is wrong? Why are you walking like this? And what the hell were you doing in the wild in the first place," Alcinder asked, cupping her cheeks, supporting her with his other hand on her waist.
"I know you hate me, but can you at least take me inside before asking me all these questions?" Elliana whispered, barely keeping her eyes open, and Alcinder nodded.
Sebastian watched it with dark eyes. The way that the council head’s son bent and picked the princess in his arms was like a slow movie reel that was teasing and testing his patience.
He didn’t like it. Anyone touching and holding the princess in his arms like he owns her, Sebastian didn’t like a second of it. And he wanted to dismember his arms that were touching his princess.
Even if he was the last person she should fall for, she still belonged to him. How dare she let another man touch her when he was right in front of her?
