Chapter 97: Greatest Asset
It was Ryu and Arya’s last day of stay with Arya’s family in the province. From here the couple would be heading for their long awaited honeymoon trip on one of the most luxurious cruise ships worldwide, cruising across several fascinating destinations abroad for more than a week.
Today they went out to the beach resort for a picnic and swimming.
Arya did not enter the pool to swim since she’s still on her periods and she doesn’t feel like it. Instead she took care of the grilling of meat while she watched Ryu play with Reese in the pool.
"Hmmm, he would make a good father don’t you think?" Her mom whispered teasingly when she noticed Arya smiled on her own while she watched Ryu who was playing with Reese in the water.
Reese was on Ryu’s shoulders as they swirled around. She could hear Reese’s laughter from afar.
Arya blushed crimson when she heard her mother’s words...
"I bet he will. He’s enjoying the company of the kid." Her mom continued.
Arya couldn’t agree more with her mom. Even she noticed that most of Ryu’s time was spent with either Reese or her dad. And the way he took care of Reese showed how he really cared for her. He will definitely be the most loving and caring father
Also Ryu keenly listened to her dad who adoringly narrated stories about his experiences or shared his opinions about various things.
