Chapter 95: Love and Patience
Ryu was sitting in the living room in Arya’s house and watching business news at the television when it reported about the much awaited 21st birthday of the only daughter of their country’s Field Marshall and business tycoon, construction magnate Mr. Chan. It was Keira’s father, his clever and helpful blind date before.
The Ken Family was also invited there. Mrs. and Mr. Chan were an associate of his parents so it was expected that they will attend the said celebration.
"Let’s see if you’re confident enough to show your face in there," he hissed as he smirked.
"Who’s your enemy there in the TV Big Bro?" It was Reese who was eating chocolates. She sat beside Ryu and watched the screen.
Then she added, "It’s the news channel... I thought you’re watching a good movie or something and reacting like mom and dad. Whenever they hate what the leads are doing or whenever they are so much into the movie they will hiss or comment as if they were the one inside the television. You look also like that... Talking alone while watching."
Reese commented blankly as she continued to ponder on her chocolates.
Ryu creased his forehead seeing Reese has so many chocolate smudges on her mouth. She either ate many or was merely a clumsy eater.
"How many chocolates did you eat already? Did you know that eating too many chocolate will make you toothless?" He said with an arched eyebrow.
Reese eyes widened in disbelief and said, "Are you the nagging type of person like my dad? I won’t marry someone like you in the future then. I hate people who nag..."
