Chapter 6: He Wanted To Know Her More
’Is he really interested in me?’ Arya thought to herself while she followed Ryu Ken inside the car. She did not hesitate anymore since the incident last night. It proved that he could really be trusted.
Inside the car, Ryu spoke, "I just wonder, how come you never asked for my name? Do you know me?"
Arya turned her head to look at Ryu and said, "Of course I know you. You are Ryu Ken. Who in hell won’t recognize a person like you? Your face is often all over the newspapers, magazines and social media. I am not that isolated, you know."
Ryu laughed and asked, "So, you knew who I am from the start?"
Arya creased her eyebrows and said derisively, "Hello... I just answered you a while ago. That means I knew you from the start. You’re famous, and I am sure you are well aware of that. Anyway, where are we going?"
"Shopping complex," He said simply. Arya’s eyes widened as she gulped, "Oh don’t tell me you will shop and ask me to pay? You’re a billionaire. I won’t afford your standards in shopping!" Arya suddenly got worried, what if he asked her to pay for his shopping to compensate him?
She added without batting an eye, "Besides, I believe I did not disturb you that much to compensate you to the highest level. We can even call it quits since you saw my precious body for free!"
Ryu laughed hard. She was a straightforward person and he liked that. It was the first time he met someone like her because most of the time girls acted shy, prim and proper whenever they were with him. He hated those hypocrite women, who wanted to just get his attention or get on his good side.
"That’s not quits, don’t you know that it’s more inconvenient for me to see that precious body of yours?" He said with a deep meaning while grinning.
