However, she wasn’t displeased. She had gained a lot after the upgrade. Now she at least had the capital to become one of the overlords in the apocalypse.
In a good mood, Ivy tortured the Ravencroft family, and after pitting them against each other and helping her balance reach 100KB, she calmly put them away and started to multiply rice.
She soon found a loophole in the duplication process. She can duplicate the same item as long as they weren’t already duplicated or a duplicate version.
Meaning if she had picked two packets of 2 salts, she could multiply and get 100 salt packets. However, she couldn’t multiply the 100 salt packets by 50 again.
At least that was what Ivy understood; she didn’t know if this would be changed in the future. Once she was done, her KB balance had dropped to 5KB.
It wasn’t because she had reached her goal... no! It was because she realized that even if she used up her entire KB savings, it wouldn’t be enough!
There were 900 or so packets of rice, and 5000 or so packets of salt. To multiply them, she would need 5900 KB!
Earlier, she could only accumulate 1000KB after a lot of push and pull. But now...Ivy massaged her temple.
Just then, her eyes suddenly turned dazed, and she stood up. Getting up, she started to walk out and soon reached the wall, which prevented her from going to the forest area behind the camp.
