Maya Spencer listened to what her grandfather said and was stunned, thinking, weren’t they supposed to kick her out of the Spencer Family? How come they’re asking her to work at the company?
After finally having a couple of quiet days, Maya didn’t want to get involved in the mess again, so she smiled and declined, "Grandpa, I’m only going into my sophomore year next year, I’m not in a hurry to intern. I want to stabilize my grades first and then intern after a couple of years."
Old Master Spencer didn’t expect Maya to reject his suggestion, thinking to himself, does she really have no desire for the Spencer Family’s assets?
So, he earnestly advised, "Maya! Such a lazy idea is not right, besides, your eldest sister, second brother, and third brother all think highly of you and like you. Don’t disappoint them, and also, your third brother’s cooperation project this time specifically requests your involvement for learning.
