Chapter 171: Low Stamina
Riven opened his mouth to ask something when Soren quickly interrupted, "If you keep asking me about other men, I will get seriously jealous. And you know what happens when I get seriously jealous."

Soren was absentmindedly combing his fingers through Riven’s hair, watching the way his ears flicked with each pass. It had been a quiet morning. No missions. No threats. Just the two of them, tucked away in Soren’s private quarters.
"You’re going to make me fall asleep," Riven murmured, his eyes fluttering half-shut.

"I am kinda hungry," Riven admitted. Of course, he was.
Soren nodded like it was about time. He quickly rang a bell that informed the servants that they could bring in the food.
The scent of warm spices and honey drifted into the room, and Riven’s ears twitched as the door creaked open. A servant quietly rolled in a tray, bowed, and left without a word. On the tray were small, bite-sized delicacies—stuffed dates, honeyed figs, savoury meat rolls, and pieces of soft bread dipped in herbed butter.
