Chapter 166: Change
Still, how the hell am I going to beat this thing?
Elian veered right. A massive foot slammed down, quaking the world like a tuning fork. The Weapon couldn’t continue his charge and instead leapt up from the ground.
Golem Lake, which was spread across the ground, was vaporized by the immense force and vanished.
Feeling it was too wasteful to lose resources pointlessly, Elian summoned the lake back to his body. Like a geyser, it rose and charged into his armor, melding as one.
Unable to fly to his weight, Elian landed a moment later as the aftershocks started to subside. Unfortunately, a second foot raced down upon him as if the sky had fallen to the ground.
"Tsk!"
He braced himself and snapped open his shoulder panels.
"BLOCKBUSTER!"
The familiar thunderous roar of onyx projectiles resounded. Like a barrage of cannon shells, they slammed into the underside of the foot with devastating power. However, as the coming boot was wider than even a football field, there was little to no effect.
"Tch, what about this?"
Igniting his boosters to maximum, Elian charged ’Depth Deeper than the Center’s foot and stabbed Bayonet with all his momentum. He detonated all the Cinderglass fuel he could as he tried to push back against the force of nature in front of him.
