Chapter 40: Edict
"Sir Elian, please do not demean me any longer..."
"What did I just say? Paw."
The beast hesitated before moving its front paw, "...Woof."
"KYAAAA!!!!!! S-SHE IS SO CUTE!!!!!"
It was a sight most wouldn't be able to believe. A gigantic wolf that stood over ten-meters placed its massive paw on the knight's hand. All while a ghost circled around the two of them excitedly.
"Sir Elian, is the lady the one whom you said would be master?"
"Yes. This is Bianca, your owner from this day forward. You will dedicate your life to her just as I do. The day you break this command shall be your last," Elian declared with finality.
Fluffy nodded obediently and prostrated to Bianca. Although she seemed hesitant against it, she calmed down when Elian used a high-grade potion to heal her injuries.
Sticks and carrots work best together.
"Fluffy greets her master..."
Meanwhile, Elian couldn't help but chuckle at Bianca's reaction. Her eyes were emotional on the verge of tears and her soul body was trembling. Unable to stop herself, Bianca lost all her dignity and threw herself at Fluffy.
