Almost immediately, he felt a burst of potent healing energy surge through his exhausted body.
The overwhelming fatigue and injuries that had been gnawing at his mind and flesh began to recede.
Although the process was not instantaneous, each passing moment eased his pain a bit more, lifting the burden of battle-weariness from his shoulders.
