As soon as Isla Lane got into the car, she immediately instructed Charlotte Shaw to leave quickly.
"Mom! Is it really appropriate for us to turn up like this?" Charlotte Shaw said this verbally, but her hands had already started moving, and while speaking, she began to turn the car around.

Charlotte Shaw was puzzled, glanced at the person next to her, and saw her mother taking the phone out of her bag, she blurted out in confusion, "Mom! Who are you calling?"
"I’m calling Thomas’s mom to ask why she lied to me just now." Isla Lane replied while already dialing out.
Upon hearing this, Charlotte Shaw hurriedly tried to stop her, "What if Aunt Autumn doesn’t know about this? Calling her so rashly, what would Aunt Autumn think?"
If she weren’t driving, she would certainly snatch the phone from her mom’s hand.
"Do you think Aunt Autumn wouldn’t know about this? Thomas has already proposed to Alice." Isla Lane didn’t believe Autumn York wouldn’t know, she was convinced that Autumn lied to her.
She didn’t stop her actions because of Charlotte Shaw’s words and quickly dialed the number.
