Chapter 134: Send Her To Prison
Before the police can enter, they were distracted by the clink clank of a cane hitting the tiled floor of the corridor. An elderly man with a headful of white hair entered. He headed directly to where Aryana was standing, her hand covering her swollen face.
"Bitch!" He raised his cane and hit Aryana. Aryana dodged.
"How dare you dodged?" He hit her again but Aryana dodged again.
"I do not deserve your cane Old Mr. Lee, nor the slap earlier. What did I do?" She asked politely but she felt aggrieved. "Erik is still unconscious. Don’t you worry about him?"
"It’s because of you. You poisoned him." Henry Lee glared at her.
Aryana was taken aback. Young as she was, she thought that Henry Lee was narrow minded. ’Does he want me to be the fall guy and take the blame?’
"I did not poison him Mr. Lee. How could I do that? He is my husband."
"Who are you working for?" George Lee pointed his cane on her face.
Aryana was dumbfounded. "What do you mean Old Mr. Lee? I don’t I understand."
"You poisoned Erik and you pretend that you did not understand? You bitch!" He raised his cane to strike Aryana but Marlon and Alex came rushing in.
"Grandpa, why do you want to hurt Aryana?" Marlon stepped in front of Aryana to protect her. Erik’s close friends call his grandpa as Grandpa and his father as Uncle.
