Chapter 791: An Old Man
The Moon Goddess after entering the Immortal World was instantly pulled by the Heavenly Laws of this star to its own domain for a conversation between the two of them.

The Moon Goddess who got what she wanted smiled and clasped her hands towards the holy woman.
"Then I will thank the senior for this favor."
"Alright. Two times is the maximum, you can use up to the third but... the third one would backfire on you so do not use it unless it’s absolutely necessary," the Heavenly Laws said.
Yue Xuexia finally looked seriously at the person in front of her and said, "Then what is the real reason for the Senior to summon me."

The holy woman finally smiled and her voice lingered as Yue Xuexia suddenly felt sleepy and a feeling of falling down was felt by her, when the Moon Goddess blinked she realized that she was indeed falling from the sky above. She tried to use her qi to fly but due to the seals on her body, her qi control somehow malfunctioned and she couldn’t do anything about it.
"Ah~ it’s this falling scene again," she mumbles while yawning.
Yue Xuexia and her salted fish natured made her stopped struggling and just close her eyes while her system is about to go crazy,
[Xue’er? What are you doing? Use your qi you are about to fall on the ground!] The system said.
The Moon Goddess responded, "I did and failed. So comfy and sleepy. Forget about it, I won’t die from this fall anyway."

While the Moon Goddess and the system were arguing on their own they didn’t even notice that down below an old man riding a cow was passing by. Yue Xuexia fell on the old man causing both the cow and the old man to bear the weight of gravity and the Moon Goddess weight as they caught her by their bodies. They were now piled on the ground like toppled human hill.
Yue Xuexia commented after checking her body, "Hm? It really doesn’t hurt."
[How about you look down under you first, Xue’er?] The system said.
The Moon Goddess lowered her head and saw that she had fallen on someone and that’s why her fall didn’t hurt as much. She immediately stood up and helped the old man and his cow. She made sure to check if they have injuries but for some reason they didn’t have any wounds at all, it’s just that they had fainted.
[Xue’er, what do you want to do next? Wait for this old man and his cow to wake up? Even though I cannot see through these two, you should be careful and run away.]
"I am not ungrateful not to thank those who save me whether it is conditional or unconditional,"

"This is so delicious!"
"So soft and fragrant."
The Moon Goddess calmly looked at the scene and couldn’t help but ask her system, ’Can that cow even eat meat?’
[That seems to be a fierce beast instead of an ordinary cow.] The system said.
It didn’t take long for the old man to see the young lady that fell from the sky staring at them. He was surprised that the young lady didn’t seem to be offended by his actions and continued to observe her. The Moon Goddess, as if recalling something, dug a few more chickens on the pit and placed it open near the old man. She even took up some spiritual tea for the old man and his cow. She didn’t seem any kind of insult even though the old man was wearing ragged clothing with patches on it.
"Please eat more. I apologize for falling on the senior and his cow," Yue Xuexia said as she slightly bowed her head. "Also, thank you for saving me."
The old man’s eyes slightly narrowed as he didn’t expect to receive this kind of apology. He is used to having disdainful eyes on him at his current state even when he saved people from before. That’s why he stopped saving people and just watched them suffer for their own consequences. This time it was by accident he saved this young lady yet unlike the other youngsters he had saved before, only this one possessed an ordinary face yet graceful and elegant demeanor and a noble temperament that doesn’t fit her face. But what surprised him is that he can feel that this young lady isn’t faking his manners.
Yue Xuexia can feel that the old man seems to have no intention of having a conversation with her. Since she had given her thanks, Yue Xuexia felt that she had done her part well and was about to leave.
"I have made more food at the bonfire. Please feel free to eat. It’s my compensation for saving this junior’s life. This junior still has something to do, so excuse me for leaving now," Yue Xuexia said.
With hesitation, the Moon Goddess took her leave under the gaze of the old man. She didn’t mind him staring but since she had repaid the gratitude anything beyond that is no longer for her to worry about. She keeps talking to her system trying to find a path to where the nearest place with the most people exists.
Yue Xuexia said, "Qiuqiu, I think we should head this way. I can feel my presence in this direction."
[Xue’er, you’ve said that multiple times already. But we haven’t met any humans on the way. How about I look ahead to you? So we won’t get lost anymore.]

The Moon Goddess asked, "Alright. It’s been a while since we found a place to sign in. You can go ahead and sign in at this location." Unknown to her, she was being watched over by the old man who she had given spirit food as thanks.
The old man murmured, "What an interesting little girl."
