This is the Goddess of the Moon’s response to the oath the Immortal Sun Emperor. This answer from Yue Xuexia startled Shen Jueyang. He didn’t expect her answer to be this. Even though she didn’t mention that she had the same feelings for him, just the fact that Yue Xuexia is willing to accept his feelings and let him stay by his side was enough for him to be dumbfounded. For her to say he is willing to indulge him meant that he can treat her as his lover but he had to stop if she said stop. He cannot overstepped his boundaries and would need to respect Yue Xuexia’s choices above his.
