Chapter 428: To delay or not to delay
The next day, with all of their preparations done, Michael went back to Metropolis to find their proper place where their stall would be.
According to the rulebook, any applicant would be given a designated space in the Market Plaza of Metropolis. This was a large open space where people from all sides of the territory spent their day leisurely walking by and occasionally buying some products from the stalls.
This was where new companies got tested to see if locals wanted their product or not.
Michael walked inside this plaza and realized just how large this place was. It was definitely bigger than a stadium from his previous world.
This place was teeming with greenery and natural life, just like a real park. He could see people walking through the grasses, taking picnics under the trees, and some were even leisurely riding their horses around.
This place was probably one of the most crowded places he had seen in this world, aside from his own territories.
And scattered throughout the parks were wooden stalls, some very small, and some large enough to be a cabin, built along the walkways of the plaza. Their businesses ranged from food to armories, to books. It was all very varied.
It was easy to guess that these companies were in the same boat as him; they also wanted a permit.
Wanting to find his own designated spot for his stall, he walked over towards the entrance where a man wearing the white tunic uniform of the association was standing guard.
"Excuse me. I’m supposed to get a space for my stall. Where can I put it?" he asked the employee.
The man quickly took out his scroll and asked Michael for his name.
