The Chapter begins with Adam and his team entering the secure confines of the Union’s base. The heavy, metallic doors slide shut behind them with a mechanical hiss, sealing them inside.
The group moves in unison—Adam at the forefront, followed closely by Ani, Sona, Tayo, Phantom, and the energy field containing the restrained clones of Sona and Tayo.
The clones, wrapped tightly in Phantom’s glowing energy field, remain eerily silent, though their eyes burn with defiance. Phantom’s focus is unwavering as she keeps the energy field stable, ensuring the clones remain powerless and unable to escape.
As the group enters the main hall, all activity in the base halts. Zero, Ninja, Emily, Pratham (visible through a holographic screen), and Krish turn their attention toward them. Their gazes flicker between the restrained clones and the real Sona and Tayo hovering behind Adam. The resemblance is undeniable, and the air in the room grows thick with tension and confusion.
Krish, always quick to voice his thoughts, steps forward with a look of disbelief. "Master Adam," he begins hesitantly, his eyes darting to the clones, "what... what is this? Who are they?"
Adam, however, ignores Krish’s question, his focus fixed on Pratham. "Pratham," Adam says sharply, his tone leaving no room for argument, "prepare the containment room. We need a secure cell that can completely block their energy. They’re capable of teleportation, and we can’t risk them escaping."
Pratham’s holographic figure nods, his expression serious. "Understood, Lord Adam. I’ll initiate the protocols immediately."
Before Pratham can continue, Zero steps forward. "I can assist," he offers, his voice calm yet firm. "With my energy stabilizers, we can enhance the containment field."
Adam glances at Zero and nods in approval. "Good. Do it quickly."
