VIOLET’S POV:
When I saw her disappear something snapped in me. I felt it break. A surge of energy that laid dormant deep inside me, it pushed its way to the surface.
And after that everything changed. Emotion’s I’ve never felt crashed into me like a tsunami.
Chaos erupted in my mind, like a tornado destroying everything in its path. It was the most unhinged thing I’ve ever experienced.
A screamed ripped from my throat, one made of sorrow and anguish. My soul was being tortured.
Every nerve in my body ignited. For the first time ever, I felt fury. It was flowing through my veins.
I wanted to pull my hair out to rip my skin off. Everything was burning.
I was angry. I wanted to rip the world to shreds. Every part of me screamed for her. For my daughter. The pain of her loss was agonizing. My heart, it’s never felt so broken, so empty. Losing her, it instantly destroyed me.
And this man, he helped take her from me. I lost her because of him.
