Steampunk Era: Mad Abield

Well, excuse me, even though I no longer know Malin... Thinking this, Malin looked at the wallet in his hand. Finding only a few coins inside, the victim had thrown the wallet at the head of the little punk who wanted to play a kidnapping scheme. The punk kept muttering something, and even though Malin could have used a language spell to understand it, he simply couldn’t be bothered.

With a swift kick, Malin sent the guy sprawling onto the bodies of his accomplices. Turning his head toward the exit of the alleyway, he happened to spot a counterterrorism assault vehicle parked at the street corner.

Counterterrorism assault vehicle?

Malin looked at the small figure leaping off the vehicle. She carried a gun and was examining the situation within the alley alongside her team.

Eventually, she took the communicator from her teammate: "This is the Peru Assault Squad. Someone just reported a robbery along Gandhi Avenue. Did the caller mention whether the robbers were acting alone or as a group?"

The scene froze for a moment, and Malin, along with the other officers, burst into uncontrollable laughter.

After finally getting himself under control, Malin turned around and slapped the laughing middle-aged Fatty to the ground. "Did I give you permission to laugh?"

The atmosphere grew tense again, but the Peru girl simply nodded, then put away the communicator. "The center said it’s suspected abduction. Seems like my perps hit a wall. Sir, you’re free to go."
