After a deep kiss, Jiang Xue collapsed onto the sofa, her whole body softened. She looked at Mu Qiancheng with eyes full of allure and softly asked, "You’re back so early, have you eaten?"

"I haven’t." Mu Qiancheng replied with a smile, and Jiang Xue immediately stood up, preparing to make something for him to eat.

As she got up, Mu Qiancheng reached out and pulled her back onto the sofa, wrapping his arms around her waist tightly.

"Let go, I’m going to cook for you." Jiang Xue playfully punched Mu Qiancheng in the chest.

"No rush!"

"Why not? Aren’t you hungry?"

"Hungry!"

"Then why don’t you let me cook? Are you planning to stay hungry?"

"I want to eat you first!"

With that, Mu Qiancheng pulled Jiang Xue closer and kissed her lips again. Engrossed in the kiss, Jiang Xue forgot all about cooking for him, completely absorbed in the passion.

After the passionate moment, Jiang Xue felt too exhausted to move. Although doing it on the sofa was a new experience, it was also tiring.

Seeing Jiang Xue so tired, Mu Qiancheng gently lifted her up and took her to the bedroom. Then he went to the bathroom to get a basin of water to clean her up.

By the time he was done, Jiang Xue had already fallen asleep. Mu Qiancheng tenderly kissed her forehead, then went to prepare some food.

After eating, Mu Qiancheng went back to the bedroom and slept with Jiang Xue. When he woke up, it was already the next morning. Reluctant to wake Jiang Xue, he prepared breakfast and left her a note. Just as he was about to leave for school, Jiang Xue opened her eyes.

Seeing that Mu Qiancheng was about to go, she couldn’t help but ask, "What time is it now?"

"Seven thirty, it’s still early. Go back to sleep a bit longer." Mu Qiancheng said as he returned to the bedside and kissed Jiang Xue’s lips, then added, "Breakfast is warming in the kitchen. Remember to eat once you’re up."

"Alright, I’m heading to school now. You rest well. If anything comes up, just call me." With that, Mu Qiancheng reluctantly left.

After Mu Qiancheng departed, Jiang Xue slept a bit more before getting up to have breakfast. Having eaten, she planned to visit Mr. Mu, so she called him in advance.

Mr. Mu, seeing that it was Jiang Xue’s call, became elated and happily said, "Xue’er, you finally thought of me."

Jiang Xue laughed as well. In truth, she often called Mr. Mu, but he never felt it was enough and wished she would call him every day.

"Mr. Mu, are you home now? I’d like to visit!" Jiang Xue said with a smile. Her words surprised Mr. Mu, and he asked, "Have you come to Beijing?"

"Yes, I arrived yesterday."

"You little rascal, why didn’t you tell me in advance that you were coming to Beijing? I could have arranged for someone to pick you up."

Jiang Xue didn’t answer, just laughed lightly. After a few more words, she hung up the phone, then packed her things to prepare for her visit to Mr. Mu’s home.

However, just as she was going downstairs, Housekeeper Lin called, telling Jiang Xue not to take a taxi on her own because Mr. Mu had already sent a car to pick her up.

So, Jiang Xue had to take her things back home and wait. Once Mr. Mu’s driver arrived, she headed down and went to see Mr. Mu.

On the way, Jiang Xue saw a fruit shop, so she asked the driver to stop and bought some fruit. This way, the things in her hands wouldn’t look too plain.
