Chapter 31: BAM*
Seconds later, the door behind them suddenly opened. Some people walked through.
"Old man, they left 40% of the money for us..." One of them came smiling and eloquent, until he saw an image that stunned him.
There was a headless corpse bleeding on the ground, and a head to the side, pointing towards him.
When he saw it, his body shuddered.
Then the other two looked beyond at the woman dressed in a white cloak and a man on his back in a large black suit.
For a brief moment, they shuddered in fear at the aura this guy emitted, but remembering that Chief Fraid was around, they took great courage and took two steps inside.
"Who are you, you bastard? How dare you touch Chief Fraid’s possessions?" roared one of them, the one carrying a money bag.
His two companions drew their weapons at that moment. Guns, too, but nothing powerful or magical.
They were ordinary people.
Louis smiled coldly as he saw their reflections in the glass before him.
"I warned you earlier when you were searching me." He said suddenly, taking them by surprise.
