Chapter 47: Feisty
After looking around, I just completely lost interest in the robbers as I went forward to sit down at the bar.
The owner of the bar was still looking at me in a daze, but I just looked back at him with a smile as I said, "Give me a glass of your finest."
The owner of the bar didn’t react when I saw this as he continued looking at me with the same strange look.
The way that he looked at me was as if he couldn’t believe what I had done. He was looking at me like he thought I was a monster, just like the robbers had thought.
In the end, it wasn’t the owner of the bar that broke the silence.
"Look at what you’ve done!"
I turned over to find a beautiful red haired girl standing there. She was wearing a maid’s outfit and seemed to be the waitress of this bar.
But before I could take a closer look at her, the owner of the bar suddenly came back to his senses.
There was a look of fear that appeared in his eyes before he went over to grab the red haired girl. His hand went over her mouth to stop her from saying anything else and then he leaned in to whisper something before pushing her behind him.
