Chapter 392: Veil of Darkness (Part Six)
"It’s time." The Dark energy spoke, its words directed toward the Light energy as it no longer felt the need to talk to anyone else.
A smile bloomed on Annalise’s lips as she refrained herself from commenting on the Dark energy. They just came to an agreement, she would be na idiot to do something as stupid as riling up the Dark energy all over again.
"You will be the perfect queen for the Seelie Realm, Annalise. Always stay like your current self and this realm will soon flourish along with the rest of the world." The Light energy spoke softly, surprising Annalise with its words.
"Me? The Seelie Queen?"
Annalise stared at the Light and Drak energies in shock, her mind still trying to wrap around the idea of her becoming the next Seelie Queen. "How can I?"
"Because-"
The Light energy was about to answer but it never got the chance as the Dark energy suddenly pulled both of them forward, flying straight through Annalise and causing her to lose balance in the action. Thankfully, Esmeray was quick to hold her and stop her from falling.
Before the Dark energy disappeared along with the Light energy, it added - "Let that stupid King of Darkness answer her remaining questions."
And then - both the energies were gone, back in the Primordial Realm.
